information on your computer or printer repair.

How we process your results:

• The key to the left shows the status of the repair.
• The report will be updated when there is a change.
• Some repairs subject to waiting for parts.

Getting Started/ Viewing your repair status:

1. Enter your customer name as the username to the right.
   
2. Enter your Service Order number as the password.
   
3. Click the Login button. The information will then load.
